The Annual Scientific Meeting is run by the Executive committee of the WASHS. An international guest is usually accompanied by a national guest for a day of scientific presentations. The day following, a cadaveric laboratory session is undertaken in order that some of the surgical techniques described in the scientific session might be explored.
